Hillsdale County School of the Arts (HCSA) is a non-profit organization that seeks to provide musical opportunities for students of all ages and all socioeconomic backgrounds from Hillsdale county.

HCSA Group Lessons & Recitals

During the school year, HCSA offers string group and chamber orchestra rehearsals. All groups play at the winter and spring recitals. To find out more about those, click on the other activities tab.

2019 Summer String Festival

The 2019 Summer String Festival was held July 29- August 9, 2019

This year’s guest artist was Csaba Erdelyi, Violist.

Mr. Erdélyi is an international artist that has performed all across the globe with many world renowned artists including Joshua Bell and Yo-Yo Ma, and was principal viola with the Philharmonia Orchestra of London.

Hillsdale Idol-Unplugged! 2019

Thank you to everyone who supported Hillsdale Idol- Unplugged 2019. This fundraiser helps to cover Summer String Festival costs and keep tuition costs low for students who participate in the festival.
